Does Praxas change anything in our ERP?

No. Praxas uses a read-only login. It never writes to the ERP, never sends to a supplier on its own and never makes a payment.

Where does our data live?

On a private server dedicated to your company. There is no shared database between companies, and backups stay on that server.

Do the agents send emails to suppliers?

Agents prepare drafts. A named person reviews, edits and sends. The person approving can never be the one who asked, and every step is kept in the record.

How do we know the numbers are right?

Every number shows how it was worked out and which records it came from. The first build is checked line by line against your own ERP reports with your team before anyone relies on it.

Do you use our data to train AI?

Only de-identified business figures, the kind shown on the dashboard, to train Praxas's own models so forecasts and agents get better for every customer. Personal data is never used. Names, contact details, bank and tax details, email text and anything that identifies your company, suppliers or customers are removed first, and your figures are never shown to anyone else.

Does AI calculate the numbers?

No. Numbers come from fixed formulas run over your ERP data. AI explains results, answers questions and drafts work. Bank, tax and phone details are hidden before any AI sees a message.

Which ERPs work with Praxas?

Praxas reads through a read-only connection. Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and ERPs built for one company can all be connected. Tell us yours and we will confirm.

What do you need from us to start?

A short requirements form: your units, departments, approval limits, ERP access, purchase mailboxes and how you value stock. Your IT contact gives read-only access and we do the rest.

Is it built for Indian factories?

Yes. Rupees, April to March financial years, GST and multi-unit companies are handled from the start.
